  How do I get started?
  Send me an email or complete the inquiry form. Take the time to
  let me know what type of site you are looking to have built. The
  more information you can provide, the better.
  

  What will I need for my new site?
  Once you have decided on a color scheme and layout, you will
  need the following: All text written for each page you plan to
  have. Photos for your site. Contact info such as phone
  and/or email. And any other information that will need
  to be listed on your site.
  

  How soon can my site be built?
  Once you have provided all the needed content for your site,
  choosen your colors and layout and paid your deposit, work
  can begin immediately. Depending on the details and size of
  your site, it usually takes 4 to 7 business days to complete.
  

  How will my site be designed?
  Your site should be a reflection of you. Your design will be
  based on your preferrences and suited to your taste. If your
  unsure, I will always be happy to make suggestions and
  offer creative choices.
  

  How do I get my own domain name if I do not have one?
  New domain names can be registered through godaddy.com
  for about $20.00 a year. I highly suggest adding private
  registration to your domain for your privacy. Registering your
  domain is easy enough to do yourself or I can register it for
  you in your name. Never allow a webmaster or anyone else
  ownership of your domain name.
  

  How is my site hosted?
  Your site will be hosted with a reliable and affordable company
  that I have used for several years for $5 a month, or $65 a year.
  

  What if I dont have a credit card to pay for domain
  registration and hosting?
  You can always add your payment for domain registration and
  hosting to your deposit and I will take care of this for you.
  Adding your domain registration to your deposit will be between
  $20 for the year and renewed annually, unless you
  choose to pay for multiple years. Adding your hosting payment
  to your deposit will be $65 for one year.
  

  Will I own my web site?
  Yes. Unlike some, Provider Assist has no interest in ownership
  of your site. Once your site has been built and paid for, it belongs
  to you.
  

  Do you provide updates for my site?
  Yes. Anytime you have updates or changes to your site, simply
  email me with the information. Updates are usually completed
  within 1 to 2 business days. If you need updates to graphics,
  photos and photo editing, this may take an additional day or two.
  Updates are not available on the weekends unless it is an
  emergency.
  

  Do you provide support and contact?
  As a Provider Assist client, you will always have an email and
  contact number to reach me. Business hours are Monday through
  Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.
